Organised by Alloa round table, at Alloa town hall on 19th february 2010. The dinner was for 130 people and managed to raise a lot of money for local charity. And as this was my first year doing the dinner the rafflie included a 3 course dinner, cooked in the winners house. by me!

It has been running for three years and the comments were excellent - our best night yet. Alloa round table saying they won't look anywhere else from now on when they require catering. Two guests at the event asked for business cards and are in the process of booking me for weddings.

On the menu...

The three course meal included sweet potato, leek, garlic and Parmesan soup or a gateau of Scotch puddings with an Arran mustard cream.

Followed by roast rib of beef with a rosemary and red wine jus or a Tay salmon fillet with a chive and lemon infusion.

The desserts were a delicious creme brulee with madagascan vanilla or a selection of cheese and biscuits with a red onion compote.
